Come to historic Belhurst Castle and take part in a truly unique dining experience. Relax and enjoy views of Seneca Lake as our staff guides your taste buds through a six-course food and wine pairing dinner. With a locally sourced mentality, Chef Marco Ballatori will create unique, seasonally inspired dishes that will leave you wanting more. Each course will also feature a perfectly paired Belhurst Castle Winery wine. Your host will educate you on the history of wines from the Finger Lakes area including specific tasting notes for each dish you taste. This is a small group event with exclusive and limited seating where you will be dining with other food and wine lovers.

- I. Crab Rangoon -
Crab, scallion and cream cheese in a fried wonton wrapper with sweet Thai chili sauce paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Carrie 


 - II. Grilled Salad -
Grilled frisée lettuce topped with a roasted pineapple salsa paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Semi-Dry Reisling 


- III. Arancini -
Breaded risotto ball with smoked andouille, peas, and manchego cheese finished with a roasted tomato coulis and oven dried tomatoes paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Dry Rosé


- IV. Sorbet -

Cilantro-lime sorbet paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Knight


- V. Shepard's Cupcake -
Seasoned ground beef and lamb with peas and onions over brown mustard demi glace, topped with brûléed whipped potatoes paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 


- VI. Ice Cream and Waffles -
Sweet glazed waffle with honey-glazed pecan ice cream and cayenne-caramel glaze paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Manitou
